Recently, Henan Province Yuanshuo Internet Industry Development Fund (Limited Partnership) was officially established, which marks the landing and operating of the first fund entity of Henan Province “Internet+” Industry Development Fund (“the ‘Internet+’ Industry Development Fund”).

The “Internet+” Industry Development Fund is reported to be the first “Internet+” industry development fund that founded with government’s participation and guidance in China.

The legal service Cathay Associates Kejie provided for the fund establishment includes, among others, (i) providing counseling on the fund establishment related legal issues; (ii) drafting and revising the fund establishment related legal documents.
