Kejie recently was appointed as Huatai Life’s legal advisor on its business operations and management.

Huatai Life is a nationwide Life insurance company whose shareholders include one of the largest foreign financial services group and well-known domestic enterprises, with total investment in Huatai Life in excess of RMB 1 billion.  At the end of May 2010, by gross premium income, Huatai Life was ranked 13th across all Life insurance companies and 2nd across all foreign joint venture Life insurance companies in China.
